I was honored to be one of many Blair County representatives to show Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis around the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center during his recent visit. In between learning about the different programs offered at the CTC the Lieutenant Governor and I talked about the need for funding for mental health services for inmates. We ended the tour by hearing from teachers about the need to improve funding for career and technical education in the Commonwealth. This funding is critical to making sure Pennsylvania can fulfill the workforce needs of our business and social service communities.
